THE PROPERTY
Strategically situated few steps from the beach of Marzellinu, the house serves as the ideal foundation for a serene and rejuvenating vacation.

Our seafront garden, equipped with comfortable sun loungers and chairs, allows direct beach access via an exclusive gateway, promising an intimate connection with the sea.
​
The house includes two fully equipped studios, Peonia and Ninfea. Each studio includes a double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace and it is perfect for couples.

THE STUDIOS
Apartment Peonia with private bathroom and balcony with sea view is at the first floor.
​
It is composed of a double bedroom, a kitchenette (with fridge, cooking gas stove with 2 hotplates and sink, dishes, espresso machine) and bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and a basin.
​
Linen and bathroom towels are provided.
The balcony is equipped with seating furniture.
The large garden offers plenty of relaxing space with quiet areas to ensure privacy. Each area is equipped with garden furnitures (table, chairs, sun loungers).

The garden has direct access to the beach.
​
Apartment Ninfea with private bathroom and balcony with garden/partial sea view is at the first floor.
